  • 1. Our policy

  • 1.1 This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of all games, services, and activities accessible through the Warrisport's Platform (“Website”).

    • 1.2 This Agreement takes effect immediately upon completion of the registration process, which includes checking the box to accept these terms and successfully creating an account.

  • 1.3 By using any part of the Website after account creation, you confirm your acceptance of this Agreement.

    • 1.4 You must read this Agreement in full before creating an account. If you do not agree with any provision, you must not create an account or continue using the Website.

  • 1.5 We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Where possible, we may take reasonable steps to inform you of changes (such as sending an email or posting a notice prominently on the Website alongside the updated Agreement).

    • 1.6 It is your sole responsibility to review any amendments, updates, or modifications. Your continued use of Warrisport’s services and the Website after changes will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

2. Binding Declarations

    2.1 By agreeing to be bound by this Agreement, you also agree to be bound by the Warrisport Rules and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In the event of any inconsistency, this Agreement shall prevail.

  • 2.2 You represent and warrant that:
    • You are at least 18 years old, or
    • You are of the legal age of majority as determined by the laws applicable to you (whichever is greater).

3. Bonuses and Promotions

  • 3.1 We the right to cancel any promotion, bonus, or bonus program (including, but not limited to, top-up rewards, referral bonuses, and loyalty programs) with immediate effect if we believe: • The bonus has been set up incorrectly, or • The bonus is being abused.

  • 3.2 If such a bonus has already been paid out, Warrisport reserves the right to:
    • Decline any withdrawal request, and
    • Deduct the bonus amount from your account balance.

  • 3.3 Whether a bonus is deemed to be incorrectly set up or abused will be determined solely at Warrisport's discretion.
