1. These User Agreement apply to the usage of games accessible through any of the Warrisport Gaming Platforms.
2. These User Agreements take effect immediately upon completing the registration process. By using any part of the Website after creating an account, you confirm your agreement to these User Agreements.
3. Please read this User Agreement carefully in its entirety before creating an account. If you do not agree with any part of this User Agreement, you must refrain from creating an account or using the Website.
4. We reserve the right to amend this User Agreement at any time without prior notice. If any changes are made, we may take reasonable steps to inform you, such as sending an email or displaying a notice prominently on the Website alongside the updated User Agreement. However, it is your sole responsibility to review any amendments, updates, or modifications. By continuing to use Warrisport's services and the Website after such changes, you agree to accept and be bound by the revised User Agreement.

1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all games, services, and betting activities available through Warrisport Gaming Platform (“Platform”).
1.2 This Agreement takes effect immediately upon registration. By creating an account or using any part of the Platform, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.
1.3 If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must not register or use the Platform.
1.4 We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Where possible, we will notify you via email or platform notifications. It is your responsibility to review updates. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Acceptance of Terms
2.1 By creating an account, placing bets, or engaging in any activity on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
2.2 You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction and meet all legal requirements to participate in sports betting.
3. Eligibility & Compliance
3.1 You must reside in a jurisdiction where sports betting is legal.
3.2 You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3.3 You must not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, including money laundering, fraud, or other prohibited activities.
4. Warrisport reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of violations.
4 Platform Responsibilities.
4.1 The Platform acts solely as a facilitator for peer-to-peer sports betting and does not participate in or guarantee outcomes of bets.
4.2 We ensure secure fund processing and maintain a fair, transparent betting environment.
4.3 We are not liable for disputes between participants.
5. Participant Responsibilities.
5.1 You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and betting activities.
5.2 All bets placed are final and must be honored.
5.3 Prohibited conduct includes:
• Manipulating betting outcomes
• Creating multiple accounts for unfair advantage
• Collusion or any form of cheating
5.4 Data Accuracy Disclaimer
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, the data available on Warrisport is for informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, including but not limited to odds, scores, statistics,
or other content related to sporting events.
User Responsibility:
Users are responsible for verifying all information before using it to make any decisions related to betting or other activities.
Warrisport will not be held liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the data provided or for any losses incurred as a result of using such data.
By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that you understand the potential for errors in the data and accept full
responsibility for verifying its accuracy before relying on it.
6. Betting Rules
6.1 All bets must be placed and accepted through the Platform only.
6.2 Bets are subject to the rules of each sporting event.
6.3 In the event of disputes, Warrisport’s decision is final.
7. Payment & Wallet
7.1 You must deposit funds into your Platform wallet before placing bets.
7.2 Withdrawals are subject to verification and may incur applicable fees.
7.3 Winnings are credited automatically upon event settlement.
7.4 The Platform will not take responsibility for third-party payment delays.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1 Disputes must be reported within 48 hours of the event’s conclusion.
8.2 Warrisport will mediate disputes in good faith but does not guarantee resolution.
8.3 Participants may seek legal recourse if unsatisfied.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Warrisport is not liable for financial losses, damages, or harm resulting from use of its services.
9.2 We do not guarantee the accuracy of event outcomes or betting odds.
9.3 Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
10. Amendments
10.1 We may update this Agreement at any time.
10.2 Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Termination
11.1 Warrisport may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this Agreement or applicable laws.
11.2 Participants may close their accounts at any time but remain responsible for outstanding bets or obligations.
12. Governing Law
12.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
12.2 All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
13. Acknowledgment
By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
