1. These User Agreement apply to the usage of games accessible through any of the Warrisport Gaming Platforms.
2. These User Agreements take effect immediately upon completing the registration process. By using any part of the Website after creating an account, you confirm your agreement to these User Agreements.
3. Please read this User Agreement carefully in its entirety before creating an account. If you do not agree with any part of this User Agreement, you must refrain from creating an account or using the Website.
4. We reserve the right to amend this User Agreement at any time without prior notice. If any changes are made, we may take reasonable steps to inform you, such as sending an email or displaying a notice prominently on the Website alongside the updated User Agreement. However, it is your sole responsibility to review any amendments, updates, or modifications. By continuing to use Warrisport's services and the Website after such changes, you agree to accept and be bound by the revised User Agreement.
Effective Date: January 2025 This Agreement is entered into by and between the users ("Participants") of the Warrisport ("Platform"). By using the Platform’s peer-to-peer sports betting services, Participants agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. This Agreement is binding and governs all interactions and transactions conducted on the Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 By creating an account, placing bets, or engaging in any activity on the Platform,
Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
1.2 Participants must be of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction
and meet all legal requirements to participate in sports betting activities.
2. Eligibility and Compliance
2.1 Participants must reside in a jurisdiction where sports betting is legal. It is the sole responsibility
of each Participant to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
2.2 Participants must not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or other prohibited activities.
2.3 The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of violating laws, regulations, or this Agreement.
3. Platform Responsibilities
3.1 The Platform acts solely as a facilitator, providing a digital environment for Participants to place peer-to-peer sports bets.
The Platform does not participate in betting activities or guarantee outcomes.
3.2 The Platform ensures secure processing of funds and maintains a fair and transparent betting environment.
3.3 The Platform is not liable for any disputes between Participants arising from bets placed on the Platform.
4. Participant Responsibilities
4.1 Participants are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration and betting activities.
4.2 Participants agree to honor all bets placed and acknowledge that all transactions are final once confirmed.
4.3 Participants are prohibited from:
Manipulating betting outcomes.
Creating multiple accounts for unfair advantages.
Engaging in collusion or any form of cheating.
5. Betting Rules
5.1 Bets must be placed and accepted through the Platform. Off-platform arrangements are strictly prohibited.
5.2 All bets are subject to the rules and guidelines provided for each sporting event.
5.3 In the event of disputes, the Platform's decision is final and binding.
6. Payment and Wallet
6.1 Participants must deposit funds into their Platform wallet to place bets. Withdrawals are subject to verification processes and applicable fees.
6.2 Payouts for winning bets will be credited to the Participant’s wallet automatically upon event settlement.
6.3 The Platform is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1 Disputes between Participants must be reported to the Platform within 48 hours of the event’s conclusion.
7.2 The Platform will mediate disputes in good faith but does not guarantee resolution. Participants may seek legal
recourse if unsatisfied with the Platform’s decision.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 The Platform is not liable for any financial losses, damages, or harm resulting from the use of its services.
8.2 The Platform provides no warranty or guarantee regarding the accuracy of event outcomes or betting odds.
8.3 Participants use the Platform at their own risk.
9. Amendments
9.1 The Platform reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Participants will be notified of changes,
and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Termination
10.1 The Platform may suspend or terminate a Participant’s account for violations of this Agreement or applicable laws.
10.2 Participants may terminate their account at any time but remain liable for any outstanding bets or obligations.
11. Governing Law
11.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be
resolved in the courts of Federal Republic of Nigeria.
12. Acknowledgment
By using the Platform, Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
